At Least Six People Shot in Downtown Orlando The Orlando Police Department says at least six people have been shot at the Gateway Center office building on Legion Place in downtown Orlando. Police say the suspect, Jason Rodriguez, walked into the building and opened fire shortly after noon. Streets are closed in a four block area near the intersection of Ivanhoe and Interstate 4. At least six of the victims are being treated at the Orlando Regional Medical Center. Heavily armed officers from Orlando Police, the Orange County Sheriff's Office and Florida Highway Patrol are searching for the suspect in the building and the surrounding area. No other information is available.
