March 10, 2009-- NASA weather forecaster Kathy Winters doesn't sound too worried about Wednesday's conditions for the planned launch of Discovery. 10% chance of a no-go. Liftoff is 9:20 pm, and we'll cover it "live." 

Also, launch pad 39B is showing true changes as the era the "next generation" Orion capsule draws near. The "second" Shuttle pad is now surrounded by tall, spindly lightning protection towers for the new capsule and rocket. They look like six hundred foot tall oil derricks. Discovery is on pad 39A.
