Decision 2008: Central Floridians React to Obama Victory November 5, 2008 -- For the first time since 1996, Florida gave its 27 electoral votes to a Democratic presidential candidate. Barack Obama won the state by a vote of 51 to 48 percent. Local supporters of Barack Obama celebrated last night, as 90.7's Judith Smelser reports.
