Decision 2008: Ballot Scanner Problems Cause Waits at the Polls November 4, 2008 -- Voting hit a snag at some precincts in Orange County this morning, when the optical scan machines that count the ballots became jammed. 90.7's David Pitman visited a couple of polling places where the problem cropped up.
