Decision 2008: Senator Obama and Former President Clinton Rally Together in Kissimmee. Is All Forgiven?

October 29, 2008 -- A week-and-a-half after Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama drew tens of thousands of supporters to Amway Arena in his first-ever campaign appearance with Senator Hillary Clinton, Obama is coming back to Central Florida. Tonight, he'll be in Kissimmee, for his first joint campaign appearance with former President Bill Clinton. During primary season, it was clear that Obama did not appreciate Mr. Clinton's presence in the background of his wife's campaign, remarking during a debate in South Carolina that he didn't know 'which' Clinton he was debating. 90.7's David Pitman asked Stetson University Political Science Professor and State Democratic Party official Dr. T. Wayne Bailey whether tonight's appearance between Obama and Clinton is a sign that the tension between them has truly subsided, or if this is all just for show.
