Tropical Storm Fay hits the Indian River Lagoon September 09, 2008-- 90.7's Pat Duggins reports on what may be the latest casualty of Tropical Storm Fay. The two feet of rain from the storm flooded the Indian River Lagoon. Environmentalists say this changed the salinity of the water, possibly doing harm to the marine life there, and perhaps to the economy of Brevard County.
