Volusia communities cope with existing flood waters, prepare for more to come

August 25, 2008 -- Central Florida hasn't seen the last of the flooding from Tropical Storm Fay. Coastal Brevard County got much of the attention as the storm was passing over the region, but many inland areas were also hit hard - and now, they're bracing for even more problems. Parts of western Volusia County remain under four feet of water because of Fay's drenching rains. Other areas are preparing for new flooding, as the water that fell on Brevard heads north along the St. Johns River. 90.7's Steve Brown has the stories of two Volusia communities: one that's struggling to stay above water, and another that's watching and waiting.
