Arts Center Reaches Out to Small Groups April 28. 2008 - With limited rental space in Orlando, arts groups are daring to hope that the new Dr. Philips Performing Arts Center or DPAC would provide a viable option for performance and rehearsal space. DPAC is meeting with groups Tuesday afternoon to discuss plans for the smallest of 3 theatres slated for the building. 90.7s Becky Morgan explains what arts groups hope the new venue will provide.
