The Einstein Players perform daily at the Orlando Science Center. The science theatre troupe is made up of improv actors who use theatre techniques to teach science in a fun way.
Legendary Florida is a collection of paintings by Jackson Walker, recreating moments in Florida history. It's at the historic Volusia County Courthouse for at least the next 3 years. The Museum of Florida Art (former DeLand Museum of Art) purchased the entire collection, and worked with Volusia County schools to develop an inter-disciplinary curriculum to improve the writing skills of 4th, 5th and 8th grade students. The collection's website offers a variety of resources for teachers and the general public.
