Mark BaratelliMark Baratelli is taking his hit show, Improv Cabaret, to the New York Fringe.  Unlike the Orlando Fringe, New York's is a highly competitive juried festival and Mark's was one of just 200 shows accepted.  To help raise money for expenses, Mark is giving musical theatre workshops this Saturday and August 18, and this Monday, August 13 at 7pm, 5 leading female singers will perform A Night with the Girls...to Benefit a Boy; it features Laura Hodos, Meghan Moroney, Luerne Hererra, Summer Aiello, and Robyn Pedretti.  Tickets (cash only) are available at the door at Mad Cow Theatre.

btw - two other Orlando shows were accepted to the New York Fringe - Michael Wanzie's Ladies of Eola Heights opens this weekend in NYC, and although he decided not to go this year, David Lee's Pieface - The Adventures of Anita Bryant, was also accepted.
