Florida Land Managers Want More Controlled Burns to Reduce Wildfire Impact

More than 200 wildfires continue to burn throughout Florida, including a massive blaze along the Georgia border that's forced the evacuation of hundreds of homes. The active fire season may have been inevitable because of drought conditions across the state, but land managers say the situation might not be so bad if they could've done more prevention work -- literally, fighting fire with fire. 90.7's Judith Smelser reports.
