The First Master Class for FIEA at UCF

Central Florida is making another big step toward becoming a video game and simulation powerhouse. This month, the Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy, or FIEA, at UCF graduated its first class of masters-level designers of games and simulation programs. 90.7's David Pitman recently chatted with Ben Noel, the Executive Director of FIEA. Noel says the academy is part of a global trend that fills some very specific local needs. FEIA currently has about 50 students in the 16-month masters degree program. The academy expects to add another couple of dozen students over the next several months.
