Two Dead After Shooting in Pine Hills August 5th, 2014 | WMFE, Orlando- Two people are dead and a third person wounded after a multiple shooting in West Orlando this afternoon. Orange County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Misty Oaks apartment complex shortly after 1pm. Sheriff’s office spokesperson Jane Watrel told reporters the injured woman was taken immediately to the Orlando Regional Medical Center. “We believe that the woman who was shot and the two victims are known to each other because she’s the one who directed us to that apartment," said Watrel. "When we got here she was outside and directed our patrol immediately to that apartment and that’s where they found a dead male and a dead female.” Watrel says says deputies want to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious near the apartment complex or the intersection of Colonial Drive and Hiawassee. |
