Spotlight: Orlando Story Club

April 18, 2014 | WMFE, Orlando - 90.7's new arts, culture and entertainment segment "Spotlight" looks a new group in town that wants to hear your story. Saturday night, the Orlando Story Club is hosting an event featuring music, food, magic...and ten people from the audience who are game for taking the stage and telling their own personal tales based around the event's theme. A panel of judges is also selected from the crowd, but co-founder Robin Cowie tells 90.7's Nicole Creston that Orlando Story Club is much more focused on community than on competition.

Orlando Story Club's April event takes place 7:00pm Saturday at The Maitland Civic Center’s Venue on the Lake. Tickets are $20. All proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club of Eatonville.
