In the meantime, the ballet will perform its 2014-2015 season at the center’s 2,700 seat Walt Disney Theater, which opens in November. The Dr. Phillips Center announced Friday afternoon it would give the ballet $150,000 to offset the cost of using the Walt Disney theater for the season. The yet to be built 1,700 seat acoustic theater will also house the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra. |
