February 25, 2014 | WMFE, Orlando - Transportation for America ranked Metro Orlando as the "Most Dangerous" pedestrian metro city of the past decade.

Organizations like Best Foot Forward are working to change the engineering, law enforcement, and education throughout the area to protect pedestrians.

90.7’s Matthew Peddie speaks with Amanda Day and Von Fusco, from the Best Foot Forward Coalition, Sergent Rich Ruth from the Orlando Police Department and Ella Shanks from Orange County Public Schools to talk more about pedestrian safety.

Also, Dan McNichol is finishing up this year’s Dire States tour - traveling the country's highways in a 1949 Hudson to raise awareness on the nation’s crumbling infrastructure.
