The complex will connect the airport with All Aboard Florida, the rail line under development between Orlando and Miami.

It also will accommodate car, bus and shuttle transportation. Eventually it's expected to connect with SunRail.

"It will be the only facility in the United States with the capacity to support air travel, ground transportation and rail."

Scott is calling for $213 million dollars in state funding for the complex.

It's part of a $1 billion expansion at the airport.
