Friday, November 29, 2013 | WMFE--Workers at Waterford Lakes stores offer an inside look at the retailer side of Black Friday.

1. Black Friday can be fun since crowds make the workday go quickly.
2. Caffeine is a must!
3. Stores are transitioning to all-night hours.  The middle of the night can drag because people still tend to shop at the traditional rush times like opening and morning.
4. Most retailers increase staff on Black Friday, so managing the workload is doable.  Keeping inventory organized requires extra work.
5. Some shoppers can be rude about waiting in line, but most enjoy themselves and know what to expect.
