Oct 25th, 2013 | WMFE - Orlando restaurant critic Scott Joseph does more than offer restaurant reviews. These days, he's trying his hand at organizing his own dinner events. Early next month, Scott is hosting a pop-up dinner featuring five of Central Florida's most prestigious chefs...all of them women. Proceeds benefit the scholarship fund at the Women's Chef and Restaurateurs' organization. This week, Scott tells 90.7's Nicole Creston about the accomplishments of the featured chefs, and looks at the changing role of women as restaurant owners and executive chefs.
