Orlando writer Liz Langley says this week is all about the great outdoors. Merpalooza, an international mermaid convention, trade show and party, will take place in Tampa all weekend with an excursion to Weeki Watchee state park on Sunday, the Orlando public library downtown is hosting Viva Florida:The Night Sky a Cultural Perspective and beyond and the Putts for Mutts mini golf tournament to benefit A Better Life Pet Rescue will be held Sunday at Pirates Cove Adventure Golf on International Drive.
