The use of mobile technology in the aftermath of disasters is currently being studied by researchers - like University of Central Florida engineering professor Pamela McCauley Bush. This week on Intersection, Dr. Bush told 90.7's Matthew Peddie that after a major disaster, first responders can sometimes be overwhelmed with information.
