January 30, 2013 WMFE - Comprehensive ethics reform is advancing in the Florida Legislature. It's billed as the most sweeping update in 36 years. This week on Intersection 90.7's Mark Simpson talked with longtime Tallahassee journalist Bill Cotterell about the legislation. Dan Krassner of Integrity Florida began the conversation by discussing whether the bill has any short-falls.
