Intersection | The Best of Florida Food  November 27, 2012 | WMFE - There's plenty to taste, sip and savor this holiday season from right here in Florida. It's much more than a seafood and citrus state. Florida's farmers specialize in a cornucopia of sugar cane, sweet corn, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, watermelons, cattle and exotic tropical fruits that don't grow anywhere else in the nation. That's according to the authors of the new book, "Field to Feast," a recipe book celebrating the state's farmers and chefs. They join 90.7's Mark Simpson for a discussion on the best food Florida has to offer.
