But Orlando restaurant critic Scott Joseph says there's more to the Foundation than awards. There's an emphasis on education...after all, its namesake James Beard was a teacher, as well as a chef and food writer. This week, Scott tells 90.7's Nicole Creston about special dishes some local restaurants have created for the Foundation's 30th anniversary, and how those dishes are helping aspiring chefs.
