But what if you order a bottle of wine that you don't finish, or what if your favorite wine isn't available by the glass, only by the bottle? There's a little-known law that allows diners to take wine bottles "to-go" too...but there are special rules that must be followed. This week, Orlando restaurant critic Scott Joseph tells 90.7's Nicole Creston all about what's generally referred to as the "Merlot-to-Go" law.
