MetroPlan Orlando, a regional transportation planning board, will be discussing the financing for the project.

Following current plans, the road would complete a beltway around Orlando.
It would run from Interstate 4 just south of Sanford through parts of Seminole and Lake Counties connecting with the State Road 429 Expressway in Orange County.

The 429 Expressway continues south and reconnects with I-4 in Osceola County near Walt Disney World. 90.7’s Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind to clarify some of the issues surrounding the proposed road starting with why the project is so expensive.
