Dec. 6, 2011 | WMFE - Once again the conversation is heating up over expanded oil drilling off Florida's coastline. Only this time Florida is not involved. The Cuban government and leaders in the Bahamas are getting together this week to discuss possible oil drilling in the Atlantic and in the Florida Straits.
