Fishkind Commentaries: Latest State Job Figures Encouraging Nov. 22, 2011 | WMFE - Florida gained almost 93 thousand jobs last year. That's according to the most recent figures from the state covering the period from October 2010 through October of this year. 90.7's Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind to interpret the numbers and he says the state's employment situation seems to be trending in a positive direction.
