Intersection Segment | Clean Water for Haiti


Sept. 22, 2011| A group of University of Central Florida students from the organization Engineers Without Borders is working to bring clean water to Haiti. The country's massive 2010 earthquake interupted the student's three-year effort. But a trip this past May is bringing a measure of success to the small village of Mare Brignole near Port Au Prince. This week on "Intersection" 90.7's Mark Simpson spoke with Engineers Without Borders UCF president Andrew Ivey about the clean water project. Recent graduate James DeMarco started by explaining how many Haitians get their water.
