June 22, 2011| Florida's prison system is facing tight budget constraints. Prisons statewide are closing, and others are being privatized. The man leading the state Department of Corrections through these changes is new Secretary Edwin Buss. Before coming to Florida Buss led Indiana's corrections department. This week on "Intersection" 90.7's Mark Simpson talks with Buss about what it's like inside Florida's prison system.
