Hank Fishkind May 24 - Real Estate Market May Not Recover Until Next Year

May 24, 2011 | WMFE - Many of the economic indicators for Central Florida are showing an upward trend with the news that the job market is slowly rebounding but there are still troubling signs in the area's real estate market.

Sales are still far below pre-recession levels even though home prices are low. Foreclosures are down but are still creating big problems for the market.
90.7’s Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind why the real estate market seems to be recovering so slowly.
