May 10, 2011 | WMFE - When Florida lawmakers finally agreed on a $70 billion dollar budget over the weekend, the biggest cuts came in the areas of education and healthcare.

Last week, economic analyst Dr. Hank Fishkind discussed the impact of the proposed education cuts. This week, 90.7’s Tom Parkinson asked for his take on the sweeping changes lawmakers want to make in the state’s Medicaid system.
