Scott's Budget Proposal February 8, 2011 | WMFE - Florida's new governor, Republican Rick Scott, released his budget proposal Monday and, as expected, it contains nearly $5 billion in spending cuts. He also proposed changes in the way the state retirement system works, and he wants to combine some state agencies to trim costs. 90.7's Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind to explain some of the details.
