Hank Fishkind February 1 - Previewing Gov. Scott's Budget Proposal February 1, 2011 | WMFE - Governor Rick Scott is expected to unveil his budget proposal in Tallahassee next week. He says he will cut billions of dollars in spending to close Florida's impending budget gap. Some estimates show that gap could be as high as 4-and-a-half billion dollars.
