Space Coast Representative Comments on NASA plans

Florida's Congressional delegation is still up in arms about President Obama's plans for the future of NASA. The president announced this week he wants to cancel the Constellation program, which was designing the Ares rocket and the Orion crew capsule to take astronauts to the moon. Instead, the administration wants to pay private companies to carry humans into space. The proposal faces a tough fight in Congress. Democratic U.S. Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas, whose district includes Cape Canaveral, spoke with 90.7 News from the capitol in Washington.
